After graduating high school, many youth face a daunting reality: limited resources for personal growth and professional guidance. Traditional avenues like career counselors or mentorship programs are often inaccessible or insufficient. Moreover, the pervasive influence of social media exacerbates this challenge, painting an unrealistic picture of success and happiness. The constant comparison and pressure to conform to idealized standards can lead to anxiety, depression, and a sense of inadequacy among young individuals.
At Project Protege, our approach differs from traditional therapy by focusing on proactive mentorship and skill-building rather than solely addressing past traumas or mental health concerns.
